Refund Policy

1. Cancellation and Refund Terms

Property Rentals

Full Refund

Clients are eligible for a 100% refund if a booking is cancelled at least thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled check-in date. A 3% merchant processing fee will be deducted to cover non-refundable payment gateway charges, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the client.

75% Refund

Cancellations made between fifteen (15) and twenty-nine (29) days before the scheduled check-in date will qualify for a seventy-five percent (75%) refund of the total amount paid. The remaining twenty-five percent (25%) will be retained as a service and administrative fee to cover preparation, resource allocation, and operational costs already incurred.

50% Refund

Cancellations made between seven (7) and fourteen (14) days before the scheduled check-in date will qualify for a fifty percent (50%) refund of the total amount paid. The remaining fifty percent (50%) will be retained as a service and administrative fee to cover preparation, resource allocation, and operational costs already incurred.

25% Refund

Cancellations made between two (2) and six (6) days before the scheduled check-in date will qualify for a twenty-five percent (25%) refund of the total amount paid. The remaining seventy-five percent (75%) will be retained as a service and administrative fee to cover preparation, resource allocation, and operational costs already incurred.

No Refund

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in date, or once a service has commenced, are not eligible for a refund. In such cases, the full booking or project amount will be retained by OIC Services due to the short notice and the inability to reallocate resources.

Vehicle Rentals

Full Refund

Clients are eligible for a 100% refund if a service booking or project is cancelled at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled service start date. A 3% merchant processing fee will be deducted to cover non-refundable payment gateway charges, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the client.

70% Refund

Cancellations made between forty-eight (48) hours and seven (7) days before the scheduled service date will qualify for a seventy percent (70%) refund of the total amount paid. The remaining thirty percent (30%) will be retained as a service and administrative fee to cover preparation, resource allocation, and operational costs already incurred.

50% Refund

Cancellations made between twenty-four (24) and forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled service date will qualify for a fifty percent (50%) refund of the total amount paid. The remaining fifty percent (50%) will be retained as a service and administrative fee to cover preparation, resource allocation, and operational costs already incurred.

No Refund

Cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled service date, or once a service has commenced, are not eligible for a refund. In such cases, the full booking or project amount will be retained by OIC Services due to the short notice and the inability to reallocate resources.

Professional Services

Full Refund

Experiences

Full Refund

Clients are eligible for a 100% refund if a service booking or project is cancelled at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled service start date. Cancellations made between seven (7) and thirteen (13) days before the scheduled service date will qualify for a seventy-five percent (75%) refund of the total amount paid. The remaining twenty-five percent (25%) will be retained as a service and administrative fee to cover preparation, resource allocation, and operational costs already incurred.

50% Refund

Cancellations made between forty-eight (48) hours and six (6) days before the scheduled service date will qualify for a fifty percent (50%) refund of the total amount paid. The remaining fifty percent (50%) will be retained as a service and administrative fee to cover preparation, resource allocation, and operational costs already incurred.

No Refund

Cancellations made within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled service date, or once a service has commenced, are not eligible for a refund. In such cases, the full booking or project amount will be retained by OIC Services due to the short notice and the inability to reallocate resources.

2. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within three (3) business days from the date the refund request is approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Refund Request Requirements

To request a refund, clients must submit the following information to contact@oicrsa.org:

  • Proof of payment or invoice number
  • The booking reference or project number
  • A valid government-issued identification document (for verification purposes)
  • Banking details (where applicable and if required for EFT refunds)

Incomplete requests may delay processing.

4. Assessment and Approval

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. OIC Services reserves the right to verify the information provided and to approve or decline refund requests in line with this policy and applicable contractual terms.

5. Agreement to Policy

By engaging OIC Services, making a booking, or confirming a project, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund Policy.
